To-date, Jeff’s participation as a broker has resulted in land acquisitions totaling over $100 million. His years of experience on this scale give him the capacity and understanding for what it takes to make a transaction happen effectively and seamlessly. Negotiating entitlements with various municipalities in order to meet their wide range of criteria is an art form in itself. Jeff’s proficiency includes his participation in the successful entitlement of over 10,000 residential units, four golf courses, and more than a million square feet of mixed-use commercial properties. Whether creating an elaborate system of hiking trails or a dramatic new equestrian center, Jeff has worked in each phase of the land planning, engineering, and additional development services that are required to succeed. He takes pride in the details of this process to ensure that every project is a virtual masterpiece. Jeff’s expertise also runs full circle upon a development’s completion. His background in the formation and management of efficient HOAs encompasses the day-to-day operations and architectural design guidelines which further enhance your project’s attractiveness. And when the bottom line depends on final sales, Jeff brings his years of knowledge from managing the marketing and sales of over 800 custom home sites in the Prescott area alone. Those buyers were also provided with the benefit of an exclusive featured builder and architect program that was created to assist them in designing and building their new homes. In addition, Jeff has restored several historic buildings, and utilized his General Contractor’s license on the construction of over 125 custom and semi-custom homes in the area.
